About me
Welcome! I hope you find this blog useful. You see, I'm a Generation "Y" trainer in training. I usually don't like to label myself "Gen Y" because that automatically puts me in those ever-so-common generational boxes. But I do want to disclose that I'm still new to the training world, but believe that my perspective is unique because of my generational label. My hope is that this blog may serve as a good platform to utilize and show those interested in training that the generalized Gen Y tendencies I have may actually help others, especially when it comes to training. With that said, this is a place where you'll find me spilling my guts about my training adventures, training courses, training research and beyond. WARNING! Your brain may explode upon further investigation! Well - at least it was a thought, right?
